Monthly Meetings
We meet in person in the Tri-Cities hosted by a rotating member of the group. We will share updates, discuss challenges, and workshop through keystone content. The sessions are high-impact, intensive, and effective taking three to four hours each, with the following flow:
- Round table updates for everyone – We get real and face hard truths.
- Workshop keystone content relating to one of the success factors.
- Rotating update from one member, such as a business update, performance tip, or fitness change that is yielding results.
- Wrap up to capture key learnings, action items, and details for the next meeting.
Annual Retreat
The group will travel to a resort / hotel for an intensive and energizing experience. The long-weekend itinerary will include growth opportunities for your mind, body, and spirit, blending executive-level learning, energizing exercise as well as mindfulness practices. There will also be ample down time for independent reading, writing, or relaxing. Abundant fresh, excellent food and drink will be on hand to fuel your creativity. The programming for the annual retreat is included in the fee; travel expenses, accommodations are extra depending on the venue. Options for growth-boosting quarterly strategic retreats are also available.

Eligibility
The fee for the Mastermind group is $750 per quarter, paid via ACH or credit card. For less than the cost of a monthly bar tab, Mastermind is open exclusively to owner-operators / executives of law firms (max one member per firm per group). Applicants are screened and discussed with current members prior to invitation.
